Arri BL-4S description
The BL 4-S 180° variable shutter can be adjusted to 172.8° , 144° , or 135° . This camera has an adjustable compensation link movement to fine-tune the noise level. Like the BL 4, the 4-S utilizes a two-pull down claw movement, and double registration pins. The 4-S has the Arriglow illuminated ground glass system, a digital tachometer and is capable of speeds of 50 fps. The film magazines have knurled upper and lower loop timing gears to adjust the sprockets and quiet the film magazines. Weight with a 400' magazine, no lens, no film 14.5 kg... 31.9 lbs.

Arri BL-4 description
The BL-4 180° variable shutter can be adjusted to 172.8° , 144° , or 135°. This camera has a completely redesigned and brighter top optical block that makes for improved viewing of the subject. Like the BL III, the BL-4 utilizes a two-pull down claw movement, double registration pins and a digital tachometer. It is capable of speeds of 50 fps. The BL-4 introduces the Arriglow ground glass system which enables the operator to illuminate the aperture frame lines when shooting in low light levels. Weight with a 400' magazine, no lens, no film 14 kg... 30.9 lbs.
